When Receiving Good News

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي بِنِعْمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ

Transliteration

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi lladhī bi-niʿmatihī tatimmu ṣ-ṣāliḥāt wa l-ḥamdu lillāhi ʿalā kulli ḥāl

Translation

All praise is due to Allah by whose blessings good deeds are accomplished, and all praise is due to Allah in all circumstances.
